Chain (チェイン, Chein) with this technique Sayotsu was able to call White Apocalypse back to his hand with just a simple gesture. Also, he can control his sword according to his whim, he can slash the opponent even without wielding the blade by himself.
Ryūken was able to perform this technique, during his battle with Gappei. Without, any problems Ryūken was able to call forth and control two swords at once. This technique is more of an eye to hand coordination and bukijutsu skill than a real chakra flow technique.
